SHIPPING
We offer free UK (mainland) delivery for orders above £50.00. This would usually take between 3-5 days for delivery. Orders under £50 we charge a flat fee of £3.99.

Should wish to receive the item faster, we offer a Special Delivery service. Items will be dispatched no later than the next business working day. We charge a fee of £7.00 for this service.
RETURNS - IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused, and with all tags still attached. We do not accept any item back with any indication that it was used, damaged, soiled or labels removed.

Please note for in-store purchases you will be offered a credit or an exchange for the value of the goods returned. Please note that we do not offer refunds in-store.

Returns - ONLINE PURCHASES
Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us by email if you wish to return or exchange an item. Items must be unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are returned damaged, soiled or labels removed will be returned back to the customer. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Take extra care when trying on garments to reduce the risk of any make-up marks.
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should always be tried on over underwear.
Please note that the customer is liable for the cost of returning the items, we recommend sending your items tracked or signed for.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order, in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Please note that on-line purchases may be returned to our store in Westbourne but will refunds will not be given in-store. Please allow 2-3 working days for your refunds to be processed.
